These items are made as keepsakes and are not toys.
It is recomended to carefully spot clean areas with damp sponge only if necessary.
Please check on the individual items for suggestions of fabric quantities.
COVID 19 SAFETY
All items are labelled and popped in a safe place for a few days for quaranteen purposes.
Please ensure all items are popped in a bag with your name and contact details on.
SHIPPING & COLLECTION
Items can be either posted or collected (from Teesside).
The price quoted for UK P&P is a flat fee which is charged per order (not per item) and is for 24/48 hour tracked delivery.
If posting, let me know when you are posting and we will confirm receipt as soon as they arrive.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As items are bespoke to the individual, returns and refunds are not usually accepted. If there is a fault/error/damage to an item, please contact us to discuss and we will try our best to help.
